Looking rather like an advert for the Hercules graphics card from 1982 - the one that could do high-res monochrome The Secret of Weepstone is a dungeon crawler inspired by '80s D&D and the art of the OSR movement, which aims for games that are faithful to the early days of tabletop gaming.
As such, wrong decisions can be fatal and you're not guaranteed a happy ending. Just like real life, really.
