ADVENT Upgrade Solar Inc. (AUSI), the joint venture between Aboitiz Power Distributed Renewables, Inc. and Upgrade Energy Philippines, has been tapped by Ortigas Land Corp. to install a 1,587.20 kilowatt-peak (kWp) solar photovoltaic system as part of a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) that will power GH Mall in San Juan City.

- Jed Macapagal

In a statement on Wednesday, AUSI said the 20-year PPA is designed to support the sustainable growth of GH Mall, providing the estate with energy security and operational cost optimization.

Ortigas Land said that by integrating renewable energy into its flagship estate, it aims to elevate the lifestyle experience of the Ortigas Community through a sustainable facility management approach that is both environmentally responsible and community-focused.
