A poppy stands as the eternal symbol of Remembrance and to honour the ultimate sacrifice of those who served in war.

It also stands as thanks to veterans and to serving personnel, and to their families who show such strength and courage.
Now, at the Leeds launch of this year's annual poppy appeal, a spotlight is shone on the efforts under way to help rebuild the lives of veterans.
