Former England star has backed Liverpool forward and Sunderland midfielder as the top deals this season
Wayne Rooney has selected Liverpool's Hugo Ekitike as one of the best signings of the current Premier League season.
The French striker has left an immediate impression on the fans during his maiden season at the club. After scoring the first goal of the Premier League campaign, Ekitike has continued to show his ability and produce important goals for Liverpool when they need them.
