But what is bothering you? It's a question I've heard from my mum more times than I can count. And I don't say that with criticism, quite the opposite.

But sometimes, there isn't an answer to mental illness.

Sometimes, there is nothing bothering me... and everything at the same time.

Who knew the uterus is connected to the nervous system? I didn't, until last week.

We're two weeks post hysterectomy, and while my physical recovery is doing rather well-my mental recovery is most certainly not!

My nervous system is utterly broken, physical shakes, panic, a constant state of 'fight or flight'... it has been hell, and no one warned me!
