Harrogate claim victory from jaws of defeat thanks to Brady

Sam Brady’s second try of the match came in the final minute of a dramatic clash between Harrogate and Kendal, but it ensured the Yorkshire side snatched a 22-20 victory from the jaws of defeat.

Trailing 20-17 with seconds remaining, the second rower touched down to take the lead and secure a four-try bonus point too.

After an early penalty for the Cumbrian visitors hooker Steve Maycock crashed over to take the lead, but the conversion was missed and Kendal retook the lead shortly after with their first try.
