Everything is annoying when you're stressed out

'm not stressed. A statement you'll hear fairly often these days but mainly from people who are stressed. Generally, just asking if a stressed person is stressed will elicit a stressed response.

Should you suffer from stress you are guaranteed that others will be suffering toobecause you are stressed.

For you, everything appears to go wrong. Everything is a niggle but it is always the fault, in your eyes at least, of someone else.

Think beautiful thoughts, they say. Think of lovely places - an idyllic waterfall perhaps, the beach.
