The missive from Mr Brown (Dec 29) once again uses the same old arguments about Brexit and the 'damage' that Brexit is deemed responsible for.

He again uses polls that he states supports the UK rejoining the EU but any poll is only as good as the people who partake and they are generally influenced by the question.
The question he fails to acknowledge is, what does he want to rejoin? The EU is not what it was 10 years ago and is gradually being torn apart by the member countries.
They are becoming more dissatisfied and disenchanted by the rules, regulations and conditions that are enforced upon them.
