Trade unions observe strike against government policies

On the joint calll of the country’s 10 major central trade unions and independent federations against the alleged antilabour, anti-farmer and anti-people policies of the BJP-led central government, all the unorganised sector workers including electricity corporation, roadways, public health, municipal employees, building construction, NREGA workers, rural sanitation workers, rural watchmen, and scheme workers Asha Anganwadi Mid Day Meal, all participated vigorously in the general strike by keeping their work closed.

Employees and workers of all departments gathered at the local labor shed and a public meeting was organised. The meeting was jointly presided over by Sarva Karamchari Sangh Haryana Block Pradhan Ravindra Sharma, INTUC Surendra Saini, AITUC Sube Singh CITU Mahendra Singh, AITUC District President Satyanarayan Bhatol, Retired Employees Union President Tulsidas Verma. The stage was conducted by Sangh Ravindra Sharma.
