A Yoga Protocol Training Camp was organized at Police Lines, Kaithal under the joint aegis of the District Administration and AYUSH Department, and the guidance of Superintendent of Police Aastha Modi. District Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Shakuntala Dahiya informed that the session was conducted by yoga expert H.S. Hooda, who guided police officers and personnel through a comprehensive yoga regimen.
Participants practiced a series of asanas and breathing techniques, including Sukshma Vyayam, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Ustrasana, Vajrasana, Pawa anmuktasana, Shavasana, and pranayama forms like Kapal bhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Sheetali, along with medita tion and concluded with Sankalp and Shanti Paath.
