Justice Lalit Batra, Chairperson of the Haryana Human Rights Commission (HHRC) and former Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, visited Yamunanagar District Jail on Friday and emphasized that “Ensuring basic facilities for inmates as per rules is the responsibility of the jail administration.
The Commission is committed to safeguarding prisoners’ human rights.” Commission Members Mr. Kuldip Jain and Mr. Deep Bhatia accompanied him during the inspection.
