Rain has again wreaked havoc in Himachal Pradesh especially in Shimla and Mandi on Monday night. 141.0 mm of rain was recorded in Shimla which is very high.
Hundreds of roads and power transformers are closed in the state due to landslides at various places. Three people died in Mandi district and two are missing, as per reports.
Similarly four people were killed as heavy rain triggered a cloudburst in Dehradun in the wee hours of Tuesday, destroying houses, damaging a bridge and washing away cars and shops, an official said.
