Jat Sabha to take up amendment of Hindu Marriage Act with support of 36 communities: Dr.Shyokand

Various burning issues like homosexual marriages, love marriages, same gotra marriages, marriage in neighbouring villages, live-in relationships, etc. were discussed at the International Jat Dharamshala, Kurukshetra, 41 Khaps of Delhi, Haryana, UP and Rajasthan along with the successors chosen by the society of every section of every community of 36 communities of Haryana state participated.
Dharamshala head Dr. Krishna Shyokand said that the Jat Sabha will take up the matter of Hindu Marriage Act amendment seriously with the support of 36 communities. On this occasion, a 21 member committee was formed in this special meeting which lasted for about 3 hours. This committee will expand the committee by holding another special meeting very soon and will try to find a permanent solution to these issues by contacting the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana Government, Prime Minister of India, Governor of Haryana Government, President of India and Supreme Court regarding the amendment of Hindu Marriage Act.
