After 22 years of struggle, we got responsibility of Gurdwaras: Jhinda!

After 22 years of struggle, Jagdish Singh Jhinda reached Karnal Gurudwara Dera Kar Sewa for the first time after becoming the President of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee and while talking to the journalists, Jagdish Singh Jhinda said that we struggled for 22 years to form a separate Gurdwara Management Committee for the Sikhs of Haryana and to hand over the management of Gurudwaras to the Sikhs of Haryana, after which we have now got the responsibility of the Gurdwaras of Haryana.

We will eliminate the VIP culture from Gurudwara Sahib and will serve as a humble sevadaar. We are very fortunate that we have been given the responsibility of taking care of the Gurudwaras of Haryana. We will do this service with our body, mind, money and will serve not selflessly but as a humble sevadaar. He said that the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee will work on education and health facilities in Haryana, the outline of which is being prepared and soon we are going to establish a world class university in Jind district, the tentative map of which has been prepared.
