Caledonian Braves boss Ricky Waddell has targeted the Lowland League title in what he reckons will be the most competitive division yet.

East Kilbride have negotiated their way to League Two, and while big-spending Clydebank were promoted to the Lowland League at the end of last season, Waddell fancies their chances of trophy success.

Waddell reckons that’s just progress from a season in which they won the FENIX Trophy in May, and finished third in the Lowland League.

Braves have added to their squad with Albion Rovers duo Dom McMahon and Bright Prince and Jamie Walker from Peterhead, while Mark Kelly has returned to the club from a spell at St Cadoc’s.
