Welsh location for Sky’s ‘atmospheric’ thriller

SKY has revealed its intriguing new drama set in the fictitious Welsh town of Morfa Halen will be launching at the end of this month.

Titled Under Salt Marsh, and billed as a gripping crime thriller, it boasts a star-studded cast featuring notable Welsh talent and was filmed in Gwynedd and Anglesey.

‘The series centres around a close-knit community nestled between towering mountains and a rapidly encroaching sea that poses a threat to its very existence.

Kelly Reilly, known for her role in Yellowstone, takes the lead as Jackie Ellis, a former detective turned teacher who stumbles upon the body of her eight-year-old pupil.
