ANDY Burnham has refused to rule out challenging Sir Keir Starmer for the leadership of the Labour Party.

The mayor of Greater Manchester repeatedly deflected questions on BBC Breakfast, and said he was not in a position to rule out a move against the Prime Minister.
He appeared frustrated at being pressed on his leadership ambitions, suggesting this type of question could be part of the problem with the culture in Westminster.
