‘Please help Daffodil Appeal’

Western Gazette

|

January 22, 2026

Marie Curie is calling on the generous people of Somerset to support its Great Daffodil Appeal in its 40th anniversary this spring.

The charity needs volunteers to come forward to give a couple of hours of their time to hand out the charity's iconic daffodil pins in exchange for donations.

Collection locations stretch from Minehead, Chard, all the way to Frome, all starting in February and running to the end of April.
