Police hunt for victim of robbery after 17-year-old boy is arrested

POLICE are appealing for the victim of a robbery which took place near the River Severn to come forward.

A cyclist was approached by an unknown man and was knocked off his bike, before being put in a headlock.
The victim's phone and bicycle was then stolen before the suspect fled the area.
