Car park could be replaced with flats

BLOCKS of flats could soon be built on a car park in Bath as the council plans to build a new quarter in the city centre.
-
96 homes could be built on Green Street car park as part of proposals to redevelop it and the neighbouring Avon Street Car Park as Bath Quays North.
In 2019 it was hailed as “the most significant development in Bath in a generation” but Bath and North East Somerset Council said the project had “stalled” and it is now taking the scheme into its own hands.
