THREE incredible organisations - Petty Pool College, Big Life Adventure and Empire Fighting Chance - are heading down to Worthy Farm to volunteer at Glastonbury Festival with international organisation WaterAid.

As part of efforts to make volunteering opportunities more inclusive, the three organisations will be bringing 24 people to gain work experience, have fun, and support the services on site, from Loo Crew to the water bars.

Joining the team of more than 600 WaterAid volunteers, the teams will also contribute to WaterAid’s mission to ensure everyone, everywhere has clean water.

Petty Pool College, which provides education, training and outdoor activities for young people with learning disabilities and difficulties in Cheshire, is working with WaterAid for the first time this year.

‘Their four volunteers, aged between 18 and 21, will be helping keep the toilets clean as part of WaterAid’s legendary Loo Crew - and are looking forward to getting stuck in. The college is thrilled to be working with WaterAid and Glastonbury, providing young people with all-important work experience, confidence and skills.
