The B-Corp brand, which means it has met high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability, has set out ambitious targets to become net-zero by 2040 and cut its greenhouse gas emissions by 42% in the next five years. Part of this commitment includes a pioneering industry-first initiative to cut food waste by rescuing and redistributing surplus sauces from its kitchens in Somerset and London.
