Developers begin mobilising for progress in infrastructure
Vietnam Investment Review
|April 13, 2026
Domestic developers are boosting the development of industrial park infrastructure, particularly in the north of the country.
The new Phuc Yen Industrial Park will usher in an integrated and modern industrial ecosystem
On April 3, FECON Group started construction of FECON Hoa Yen Industrial Park (IP) in the northern province of Bac Ninh. The complex is expected to become a new growth engine, anticipating the wave of supply chain shifts and expanding the industrial development space in the north.
The venture has a scale of 256 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND3.7 trillion ($148 million), oriented to develop according to a modern, synchronous IP model, associated with the urban-service ecosystem.
This is the next step in its strategy to expand in the industrial real estate sector, after its Hiep Hoa IP was established in 2025. It is planned in a multi-sectoral manner, prioritising the fields of electronics, high technology, processing and manufacturing, and green manufacturing industries.
Meanwhile, Hoa Phat Group in February broke ground on the Dong Phuc IP’s infrastructure development in Bac Ninh, marking another step in the province’s drive to strengthen its position as a key industrial hub.
