Officers say 21-year-old university student who was killed in North York was just a bystander
Arslan Ahmad, a 21-year-old university student, was killed in August in what police are calling an “indiscriminate” shooting.
Toronto police are appealing for information on suspects wanted in a fatal shooting in North York last month.
Officers found Arslan Ahmad, a 21-year-old university student from Brampton, with gunshot wounds and another injured person inside a business in the Sheppard Avenue West and Abraham Welsh Road area, near Weston Road, just after midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 27 following reports of a shooting.
