THE teenage frenzy whipped up by Brosmania may be a thing of the past but frontman Matt Goss is still astonished by some of his wild encounters with fans.

The popularity of Bros - Matt, twin brother Luke, and pal Craig Logan was off the charts in the late 80s.

So many female fans, known as Brosettes, turned up to a record signing by the band in 1988 that police had to close part of Oxford Street in London.

The band, whose hit singles included When Will I Be Famous?, I Owe You Nothing and Drop The Boy, have sold an estimated 16 million records.

The 80s ripped jeans and peroxide blond hair have gone but Matt's piercing blue eyes and striking cheekbones are still intact.

He promises fans will know every single song, But before packing his bags, he told us in an exclusive chat about his rollercoaster career and encounters with some very enthusiastic fans.

Matt, who is an intriguing mix of shy and charismatic, has been based in London since 2023, having spent 17 years in America - 11 with his own residency on the Las Vegas strip.

He said his admirers, many of whom have matured alongside the singer, have become more demanding over time. He said: "Once upon a time, female fans wanted a hug and a kiss.

"Now, they want everything, It's a...sexier place. When you're older, you know exactly what you want.
