EDDIE HOWE was forced to admit Newcastle do not look a goal threat without wantaway Alexander Isak.

The misfiring Magpies have failed to win in Isak's absence throughout preseason and Howe doesn't know when or if he'll be back.

And to make matters worse Anthony Gordon twisted his ankle late on against Atletico, although Howe is hopeful he will be fit to play - and probably spearhead the attack - at Aston Villa on Saturday.
