Violet Oon to launch casual cafe at Temasek Shophouse

Peranakan food doyenne Violet Oon is on a roll in 2025.
After opening Violet Oon Singapore in Dempsey Hill and moving her restaurant at Ion Orchard to bigger premises in the same mall, she is launching a new dining concept, Bibik Violet.
The first cafe will open on Sept 29 at Temasek Shophouse, housed in a row of heritage buildings next to MacDonald House in Orchard Road. Bibik Violet will serve an all-day menu of dishes such as nasi lemak, Nonya laksa, prawn noodles, kueh pie tee and buah keluak pork ribs.
Temasek Shophouse is a social impact hub which brings social changemakers together through events and programmes.
