Sept 1 South Africa (Fairview) form analysis

RACE 1 (1,000M) (1) NIGHT IN JAPAN flopped last time but did show improvement before that and could like it back on the turf.

(9) TANZANITE showed signs of inexperience on debut and should be much smarter this time.

(5) ELUSIVE BOMBA makes a local debut and could challenge for top honours.

(2) PHYSIOLOGUS is capable of improvement and can earn some money.

RACE 2 (1,200M) (12) POP CHART only found one too good on debut and can go one better.

(8) CASINO KING has some fair form and should be right there at the finish yet again.

(9) BUGLE showed some improvement last time and has a place chance.

(3) AMERICAN EAGLE and (2) AMERICAN PITBULL are both capable of getting involved with the finish.

RACE 3 (1,400M) (1) EL CAPITAN has run well without winning so far. He makes his local debut and could prove a bit better than these rivals.

(8) ACTION AMERICA is improving and should be right there at the finish.
