We thank Mr Rahul Gupta for his suggestions (Study standard heat-friendly work clothes for outdoor workers, Oct 8).
We recognise the importance of protecting outdoor workers from the risks of both the heat and harmful ultraviolet radiation.
In consultation with the industry and tripartite partners, we have recently revised our heat stress framework to guide employers and protect outdoor workers against excessive heat stress.
