Halimah filing police report against deepfake video that captured her voice

Singapore's former president Halimah Yacob says she will be making a police report after coming across a deepfake video of herself allegedly making negative statements about the Government.
In a Facebook post on April 15, she said that the video, which she called "completely false", had even managed to capture her voice.
On the upcoming general election, she added: "This is scary how AI (artificial intelligence) is being used to influence voters during this critical period."
