I refer to the article "Young Singaporeans must think beyond our shores" (June 3). It cited TikTok chief executive officer Chew Shou Zi and Sun Life Canada president Jessica Tan. They have indeed flown our flag high with their achievements.
Nonetheless, we should also take a step back to analyze what has made them successful in order to create an ecosystem for other capable Singaporeans to succeed internationally.
