To the young woman who stayed with Ms Ng and accompanied her while she was injured, I extend my heartfelt thanks for going the extra mile. Your swift and caring actions ensured that Ms Ng received timely medical attention. The kindness you showed that day was a reminder that all it takes is a small act of kindness to make someone's day.
