(6) BUGLE is improving and can go one better over this longer trip.

(3) FORT IMPREZA has struggled of late but tries the Polytrack and could win a race of this nature.

(5) GREY WARRIOR is unreliable but is also not out of it.

(8) FREE TO RUN is improving and can also get into the mix.

RACE 2 (1,600M)

(2) WITCHING HOUR makes her local debut on Polytrack and could win a race of this nature.

(4) CITY OF PORT LOUIS and (5) HOLLANDIA BAKKERIJ both have improved last runs and are capable of winning.

(6) AETHELWULF is consistent and can make the frame.

RACE 3 (1,200M)

(5) VIRGIN RIVER impressed in her local debut win. She is out at the weights and is trying the Polytrack for the first time.

(4) UNCONQUERABLE LADY is ready and can go one place better.

(3) MONTELENA is consistent and should be right there at the finish once again.

(2) SWEETIE DARLING is weighted to win this race and she will do better back among her own sex.

RACE 4 (1,200M)

(5) GALE WARNING has made the trip from the Western Cape after some modest recent performances but can win.

(4) RIVER FERN is threatening and can contest the finish.

(3) SMIDDYBURN was not disgraced on debut and should be a lot smarter this time.

(6) TIMELINE is knocking on the door and can take a hand in this.

RACE 5 (1,200M)

(10) ANDY COOGLE won nicely enough on local debut and can double up from an excellent draw.

(11) COASTAL PATH is very consistent and is another to go in all pemutations.

(5) EYJAFJALLAJOKULL is not an easy ride but does quicken up very nicely at the end.

(3) NELSON BAY ran well on local debut and is not out of it.
