1,000 BTO flats on former Keppel Club site to be launched in Oct

Around 1,000 Housing Board Build-To-Order (BTO) flats that will be built on the site of the former Keppel Club will be launched for sale in October.
Located within the Greater Southern Waterfront development, the BTO project will have two-room flexi to four-room flats, and public rental flats, National Development Minister Desmond Lee said in a Facebook post on May 15.
The upcoming blocks will be between 19 and 46 storeys high.
Mr Lee said the estate will have lush green spaces, designed in line with the area's rich biodiversity. Berlayer Creek, which is beside the project, houses one of two remaining mangroves in southern Singapore.
