Viral video of teen: Two arrested over theft allegation

Two men have been arrested by police in connection with the brutal torture of a 14-year-old boy, who was allegedly accused of theft and subjected to electric shocks after being hung upside down.
The main accused, the factory owner, remains absconding, while the teenage victim is still missing. The arrested individuals, identified as Mostafa Kamal and Touhid Alam, were employees of a jeans washing factory in Maheshtala, on the outskirts of Kolkata, operated by Shahenshah—a resident of Islampur and the prime suspect in the case. According to police sources, the Rabindranagar police detained the duo from Maheshtala on Tuesday night. After sustained interrogation, they were formally arrested on Wednesday morning.
