Five days have passed since the brutal murder of app cab driver Jayanta Sen in Bijoygarh, under Jadavpur Police Station's jurisdiction, yet no arrests have been made.
Local residents are enraged over the inaction, while the victim's family alleged that they are receiving multiple threats to withdraw the case. Prashanta Sen, the victim's brother, revealed that their family is being intimidated. "We are being warned to step away from the case through different means. My sister-in-law and her young child are at home—where is their safety? If I step out, who will protect me?" he questioned.
