Tejashwi accuses Bihar CM of misusing govt fund for political campaigning

Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav questioned Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's decision to spend Rs 225 crore from the government treasury in the name of 'Mahila Samvad', which is nothing but a political campaign of the Janata Dal (U).
Addressing a press conference in Patna on Saturday, Tejashwi said that the government has spent Rs. 225 crore to bring 600 digitally-equipped vehicles for the campaign.
Nitish Kumar flagged off 600 'Mahila Samvad Rath' on Friday which will visit different districts of Bihar and inform women about the efforts made by the government to uplift their socioeconomic condition. The campaign will also highlight the schemes related to women empowerment, employment and education.
