In five years from now, not just housing but even luxury housing will be in surplus, resulting in prices to get rationalised.

Speaking at a moderated panel discussion on Pricing Dynamics Defining the Real Estate Metrics, presented by Void & Mass Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, and curated by Nova Realtime Solutions LLP, Kolkata, Hiranandani said, "Prices rise due to inventory shortage. In five years, even luxury housing would be surplus, so prices will get rationalised."
