The statement came during the signing ceremony of two major concession agreements—one for the expansion of Gopalpur Port and another for the construction of a captive jetty at Jatadhara mouth.
A concession agreement was inked with JSW Utkal Steel Limited for building a captive jetty at Jatadhara mouth in Jagatsinghpur district's Ersama tehsil. The project involves an initial investment of ₹2,100 crore, targeting a cargo handling capacity of 52 million metric tons and the creation of 3,450 direct and indirect jobs.
