Mill owner questions raid by local authorities

Mystery surrounds the actions of civil supply officials and district authorities over a raid on a newly opened rice mill in Balikuda, as no FIR has been lodged at the police station despite the mill possessing all necessary documents.
Salasar Agro Products inaugurated the district's first export-oriented rice mill in Balikuda last month, utilizing advanced Japanese technology at an investment of Rs 50 crores.
Santosh Agarwal, Chairman of Salasar Agro Products, stated, "It is a mystery why a raid was conducted on my mill despite our full compliance with regulations. Our mill has an agreement with the state government for milling rice in Balikuda, but no official document has been issued in our favor yet. As a result, we have continued test milling at the facility."
