The ISTD Bhubaneswar Chapter organised the Eastern Regional Conference on Disruptive Human Resource Management: People, Technology & Strategy" at Puri with more than 120 delegates from different Companies, Universities and Management Institutions across the country participating in it.
Dr. Prabodh Ku Mohanty, Chairperson, ISTD Bhubaneswar Chapter presided over the inaugural function and I K S Shetty, Director (HR), HPCL, as chief guest, advocated for AI and HR as an integral part of the company's strategy to create new skills for the competitive world.
Dr Prasanna Kumar Acharya, Director (Finance), NLC India Ltd focused on AI and Financial Modelling to meet the challenges of Disruptive HRM.
A.B. Pradhan, Director (HR), HAL emphasized that AI and HR is the need of our present and future to develop a super high skilled category of manpower for the Make-in India movement.
