Ex CWC chairperson accuses Rayagada admn of failing to prevent illegal adoptions

Former Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Bidulata Huika, has accused the Rayagada district administration of failing to curb illegal adoptions and child marriages, stating that she will raise the issue on every appropriate platform.
Speaking at a press conference, Ms. Huika alleged that the administration, instead of taking responsibility for its lapses, is unjustly shifting blame onto the CWC.
