Adani Defence, Prime Aero to buy Indamer Technics

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL) officially announced here on Monday that it has acquired a 100% stake in private sector aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider Indamer Technics Private Ltd (ITPL) through its venture called Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd, in partnership with Prime Aero Services LLP.
Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd is a 50-50 partnership between Adani Defence and Prime Aero, which is a company owned by Prajay Patel, who is also the director of Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd. The MRO which has been acquired by Adani Defence is a 30-acres greenfield facility located at the Multi Modal International Cargo Hub & Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) special economic zone (SEZ) in Nagpur district of Maharashtra. The facility can accommodate up to 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars. ITPL is approved by DGCA, FAA (USA) and other global civil aviation regulators, according to the company release.
