Live grenade discovered by farm workers in KwaZulu-Natal

A LIVE grenade was safely secured by the South African Police Service (SAPS) Explosives Unit after being discovered by farm workers at a sugar cane plantation in Blackburn, KwaZulu-Natal yesterday morning.
The explosive, with its pin still intact, was spotted by a tractor driver while loading sugar cane into a trailer. The device was found amidst a pile of rubbish, prompting the driver to alert his employer, who immediately contacted the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operatio
