Vlogger says takeaway is 'best in area'

A TAKEAWAY that's only been open for three months had to pause deliveries - after going viral on social media.

TikTok reviewer @zingyy229 has accumulated nearly 500,000 views with his food review of Texas Fried Chicken in Kidsgrove, awarding it a '9.5 out of 10.

The 25-year-old described the Market Street eatery as 'possibly the best takeaway in the area. But the viral success had a downside when owner Mohammed Imran struggled to keep up with demand as a huge queue formed down the street.

It meant he had to temporarily suspend deliveries and has apologised to customers he let down. Mohammed, who lives in Chell, opened Texas Fried Chicken in May and says the venue has 'quickly become popular.
