Top award for 19-year-old curry house
A CURRY house has won the award for 'Outstanding Chef of the Year'.
Shaz Rahman, owner of the Blue Tiffin, was handed the prize at the English Curry Awards.
The dad-of-two - who is also a chef at the Uttoxeter Road Indian and Bangladeshi eatery - attended the award ceremony in Birmingham.
It is yet another award under the Blue Tiffin's belt.
Last year, it was labelled as the 'Best Indian restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent' at the National Prestige Curry Awards, as well as 'Best Chef in the Midlands.
The Blue Tiffin will be celebrating its 19th birthday later this year.
