He's now been jailed by crown court judge

- Sentinel Reporter

A STALKER who terrorised a family for years in a malicious campaign after being evicted from their private land has been jailed.

Leo Deen made his victims' lives hell by posting on social media, sending 'nasty' letters and staging rooftop protests where he unfurled banners.

Chester Crown Court heard the abuse started after Deen had been living on a piece land belonging to the family near Congleton.

Over several years Deen repeatedly refused to leave and in late-2023, he was issued with an eviction notice after a lengthy court process.

Deen then began a campaign on social media, publishing malicious content about the victims and authorities, repeatedly accusing them of corruption and expressing his desire for 'justice.

Deen also harassed the victims by repeatedly delivering letters to their home addresses.
