Delays in store but works are 'necessary'
SAFETY work has started at a 'problematic' city junction.
The scheme around the notoriously busy Weston Road and Park Hall Road junction in Weston Coyney features 'major new safety features' including a footpath.
It comes after concerns were raised over road safety following the tragic death of pedestrian Rob Bown.
The 33-year-old was just yards from his Weston Coyney home when he was struck by a car and died in December 2023.
