Financial head leaves the bet365 Stadium after eight years of helping to guide the club
JOHN Pelling has decided to leave Stoke City after playing a major role in helping the club navigate a Financial Fair Play tightrope for the last eight years.
Pelling is a hugely trusted figure in the corridors at the bet365 Stadium and Clayton Wood and respected behind the scenes across English football, having previously held senior roles at Nottingham Forest, Bristol City - where he was chief executive - Sheffield Wednesday and Bolton Wanderers.
