Man charged with school kidnap attempt

A MAN has been charged with attempted kidnap and assault after an incident near a school.

Aron Tesfamriyam, from Stoke-on-Trent, is accused of three counts of attempted kidnap, three of assault by beating, and one of affray.

It comes after police responded to alleged incidents happening outside Chandos Primary School in Birmingham at about 3.15pm on September 16.
